Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana – Opening Late 2023

Soon you will be able to stroll along a self-guided outdoor trail where you can play and interact with water as it travels from the sky to the oceans and back again. Along the way, learn about the importance of water and discover its playful personality—just as Moana did on her heroic voyage.

Moana’s Journey of Water is an upcoming attraction at EPCOT, the theme park at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Inspired by the animated film “Moana,” this will be the first attraction at Walt Disney World based on the hit movie. Unlike traditional rides, Moana’s Journey of Water will be an exploration trail designed to offer an immersive and interactive experience for guests.

The attraction will take guests on a water maze journey where they can interact with magical, living water in a beautiful and inspiring setting. As visitors navigate through the lush walk-through environment, they will learn about the water cycle and its vital role in sustaining our world. The focus will be on providing an educational and engaging experience that connects guests with the importance of water and its impact on the environment.

World Nature is dedicated to understanding and preserving the beauty, awe and balance of the natural world. In addition to Journey of Water, it will include The Land and The Seas with Nemo & Friends pavilions.
